4. Subscription & Payment

6. Content Guidelines
You agree not to use the Service to send content that:

Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Contains malware, phishing links, or harmful code.

Infringes any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights).
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Upon termination, you lose access to your account, stored messages, and any remaining credits.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WhisperWell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 6 months for the Service in question.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WhisperWell harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, including violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance.
